At Bordon Handmade, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate the Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and authorization form.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of authorization.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the boots for quality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
